30 Day Money Back Guarantee: The product MUST be returned in 30 days from the day of delivery. This means the product must be returned and received from the place of purchase within 30 days of product delivery. The product MUST be returned in its original packaging and packed in a way that no damage can occur to the product. The package must come with all paper work and accessories including a copy of the receipt. Normal wear and tear from the installation process and usage is acceptable, ANY excessive damage or modification to product will be REFUSED. Barton Industries reserves the right to refuse any return at their sole discretion. If the above criteria is met the FULL purchase price will be returned to the end customer. Any costs associated with the return, shipping and insurance, is the FULL responsibility of the end user.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: Barton Industries warranties any unit to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. WARRANTY does not apply to defects resulting from any action of the purchaser, including but not limited to mishandling, abuse, improper repair, or unauthorized modification.
Every Product we sell, we CNC machine and every piece are fully tested in real world environments. However, materials wear and everybody will treat the product different. When we design a product, we do so in a manner that allows any part of the end product to be replaced or repaired. Any product deemed defected in the one (1) year period will be repaired or replaced by Barton Industries. Any repair or replacement of parts outside of the one (1) year period will be subject to a repair fee.
